I studied psychology before spending some excellent years in the corporate sector (in the city of London), where managing people was a key part of my remit. I was able to train and study during it in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Life Coaching, NLP and Counselling; all of which I found came in very handy for my work in managing and training people; I was able to find many applications to match the situation and the person appropriately with them, thereby raising work satisfaction and performance.
